We do not charge taxes on goods shipped to the United States or other countries outside of Canada.

Trans-Art Holdings Ltd. cannot accept change of shipping address requests after an order has been processed. Should you require the modification of an address (missing suite number, transposed street number etc.) please contact Customer Service immediately (within 24 hours of order transmission) at info@DisplayWorld.ca or by phone at 877-994-6824. Should you require a complete change of 'Ship To' information you will be required to cancel your order and re-enter it. Trans-Art Holdings Ltd. reserves the right to refuse shipment to temporary addresses without prior payment in full.
Trans-Art Holdings Ltd. can not accept Post Office Box addresses for shipment. We can only ship to physical street addresses. Shipping addresses must comply with commercial delivery standards used by all majors carriers, such as UPS, USPS, Federal Express, Airborne Express and DHL.
In the event you desire to cancel an order, please notify us within 24 hours of order placement. Email info@DisplayWorld.ca or call 877-994-6824. Please provide the Order number and reason. If you desire to cancel an order after the 24 hour period, it is probable that the order will have been processed. If the shipment can be canceled, we will cancel the order. If not, the return policy will be in effect with return shipping charges applicable.
